Founded in 2001, Veritas Intercultural School Kelapa Gading became an IB World School Candidate in 2026. From a small rented house to our own campus, our community has grown from 6 to nearly 600 learners, guided by RISE values and prepared for meaningful,
globally minded learning.

ABOUT Veritas Intercultural School-Kelapa Gading

 Founded in 2001 under Yayasan Pendidikan Belajar Aktif Kelapa Gading, the school officially became Veritas Intercultural School (VIS) in mid-2026 and is now an IB World School Candidate, on the path toward full IB authorization.

At VIS Kelapa Gading, we welcome learners from 18 months to Grade 9 through our IB programs. Each stage of learning is designed to foster academic growth, strong character, and a clear sense of purpose.

Simple Steps to Join VIS

Follow these simple steps to begin your child’s learning journey

General Admissions Process for EYP (Early Years Programme) PYP (Primary Years Programme)

  1. Fill in the Prospective Student Form via link. We will inform you about the details about registration procedures via email / WhatsApp.
  2. Send the proof of payment for the Admissions Form & Deposit. After that, the Admissions Form will be made available for you.
  3. Complete the Admissions form and all the necessary supporting documents (please refer to the document checklist).
  4. We will schedule the interview & observation stage of the admissions process with you. The interview & observation is conducted with the school psychologist.
  5. You will then receive admission results. In case of rejection, you will be given a Refund Deposit Form.
  6. Parents of accepted students will receive a financial commitment letter. After signing the letter you may pay the Enrollment Fee and send the proof of payment to the Finance Department.

General Admissions Process for MYP (Middle Years Programme ) - DP (Diploma Programme)

  1. Fill in the Prospective Student Form via link. We will inform you about the details about registration procedures via email / WhatsApp.
  2. Send the proof of payment for the Admissions Form & Deposit. After that, the Admissions Form will be made available for you.
  3. Complete the Admissions form and all the necessary supporting documents (please refer to the document checklist).
  4. We will contact you to schedule the interview and Basic Competency Tests.
  5. The interview stage with prospective parents and students is conducted with the school psychologist. While the Admissions team supervises the prospective students during the Basic Competency Test.
  6. You will then receive admission results. In case of rejection, parents will be given a Refund Deposit Form.
  7. Parents of accepted students will receive a financial commitment letter. After signing the letter you may pay the Enrollment Fee and send the proof of payment to the Finance Department.
